Known for his extreme attention to detail and remarkable patience, Rob excels in transforming bathrooms but is equally skilled in handling all types of renovations. A dedicated father, he brings the same care and focus to his work as he does to his family. His favorite part of the job? Seeing the finished product and knowing the effort and craftsmanship that went into it. Rob’s precision and dedication make him a valued leader on every project.

Carter, a 2nd-year apprentice, joined Capstone full-time right after high school at just 17. Known for his hard work and quick learning, Carter has rapidly become an essential part of the team—and he rarely needs a ladder to get the job done! Outside of work, you’ll find him riding his dirt bike or Sea-Doo and exploring new places through his love for travel. Carter’s dedication and fast progress make him a key player in Capstone’s future.

Outside of work, he enjoys attending concerts and riding motorcycles, bringing the same energy and passion to his hobbies as he does to his craft.
